基于相关系数的避雷器带电检测相对测量法及应用 被引量:2

The Relative Measurement Method Based on Correlation Coefficient of Arrester Live Detection and Its Application

摘要 避雷器泄漏电流带电检测可在不停电情况下有效判断避雷器运行状态。以全电流和阻性电流参数为依据的避雷器诊断方法基本靠检测人员的主观判断,无量化依据,容易造成诊断失误。为了提供更有效的判定依据,提高诊断准确度,提出了基于相关系数的避雷器带电检测相对测量法,将避雷器带电检测仪获取的全电流表示为阻性基波电流、阻性三次谐波电流和容性基波电流组成的向量形式,计算同线路三相避雷器全电流的相关系数,并作为诊断依据,使避雷器诊断更为量化,提高了诊断的准确度。同时,该方法已应用于现场,成功发现某变电站I母线A相避雷器存在问题,避免了运行状况进一步恶化,有效保障了电网稳定运行。 The leakage current live detection of arrester could be detected with power to determine the operating state of arrester. The arrester diagnosis method on account of the full current and resistive current parameters is mainly based on the subjective judgment of the testing personnel,and it is easy to cause the fault diagnosis. In order to provide the basis for determining more effectively,improve the accuracy of diagnosis,the relative measurement method based of correlation coefficient of arrester live detection was proposed. The full current got by arrester tester was expressed as vector form by composition of the resistive component,resistance three harmonic current and capacitive fundamental current. The calculation results of total coefficient of current with three-phase arrester were regarded as the basis for the diagnosis. This method makes the diagnosis result of arrester more quantitative,improve the accuracy of diagnosis. At the same time,the method has been applied to the field,and found the problem of the A phase of the I bus in a substation,which can avoid the further deterioration of the operating condition and effectively guarantee the stable operation of the power grid.
