摘要
针对电力系统的重要组成部分输电网所易产生的雷击故障,在基于深入分析雷击故障性质与输电网可靠性指标的基础上,提出了一种输电网雷击后可靠性评估模型。该模型包括输电线元件故障率、修复率模型与状态模型,采用线路分段模拟法的输电线可靠性模型与基于概率统计原理的变电站可靠性模型。针对输电网络模型复杂度的不同,提出一种权重计算法。最后采用所提出的输电网雷击后可靠性评估模型对某地区高压输电网进行研究评估,验证了本模型的实用有效性,从而为未来输电网可靠性评估做出了铺垫。
In view of the problem that lightning failure is easy to happen in transmission network which is an important part of the power system,based on the in-depth analysis of the nature of lightning failures and the reliability index of transmission network,a reliability evaluation model for transmission network after lightning is presented in this paper. The model includes fault rate and repair rate model of transmission line element and state model,and the reliability model of transmission line using line segmentation simulation method and the reliability model of substation based on the principle of probability and statistics. And according to the complexity of transmission network model,a weight calculation method is proposed. At the end of this paper,the proposed reliability evaluation model of the transmission network after lightning strikes is used to evaluate the high voltage transmission network in a certain area,which validates the practical validity of the model,and thus pave the way for the reliability evaluation of the future transmission network.
