摘要
基于工程量清单的预算编制是在建设项目规划与设计阶段,常用的一种分析确定工程概算造价,并对投资项目进行造价控制的手段。电网技改工程预算编制是技改工程招投标报价、确定工程造价和甲乙双方决算的主要依据。文章针对目前预算清单需依赖人工生成致使预算生成过于缓慢,且效率极低的缺陷,提出一种基于模糊聚类的电网技改工程预算清单自动生成方法,实现电网工程预算清单的快速、准确生成。
The budget compilation based on the bill of quantities is a commonly used method to determine the cost of the project estimates and to control the cost of the investment projects in the stage of construction project planning and design. The budget compilation of power grid technical transformation project is the main basis of bidding for technical renovation projects, determining the project cost and the final accounts of Party A and B. In this paper, a method of automatic generation of budget list of power grid engineering reform project based on fuzzy matrix is proposed to realize the rapid and accurate generation of power grid project budget list.
