摘要 矿井安全生产关系到煤矿的稳定运行和矿工的生命安全,排水系统作为矿井的主要运行系统直接影响矿井的安全生产。为了提高排水系统的稳定性和自动化程度,设计了一套矿井排水自动化监测系统。该系统以S7-300系列PLC为核心控制器,通过安装流量、压力、液位、振动等传感器实时采集数据,并将传感器接入PLC控制系统,实现排水系统的自动化控制和监测数据显示,保障了系统的安全稳定运营,提高了系统的自动化程度。 The safety in production of mine relates to the stable operation of coal mine and the safety of miners. The drainage system as the main operating system of the mine directly affects the safety production of the mine. A mine drainage automatic monitoring system was designed to improve the stability and automation of the drainage system. The system selects S7-300 series PLC as the core controller, by installing sensors such as flow, pressure, liquid level, and vibration to collect data in real time.The sensors are connected to the PLC control system to realize the automatic control and display the monitoring data of the drainage system. The designed system ensures the safe and stable operation and improves the automation degree of the system.
