摘要
研究了260mm×300mm大断面连铸坯生产Ф60mm-Ф75mm规格GCr15轴承钢棒材轧制工艺,优化了加热温度、轧制温度、料型尺寸及冷却速度等关键工艺参数,提高了轴承钢组织均匀性、产品尺寸的稳定性及产品的再加工性能,生产出符合标准要求的轴承钢产品。
The roiling process of Ф60mm - Ф75mm GCrl5 bearing steel bars produced with 260mmx300mm heavy section casting billets was studied, and through optimizing the key process parame- ters including heating temperature, rolling temperature, material size and cooling rate, the microstructure uniformity of bearing steels was improved, the size stability and reprocessing performance of products were enhanced, the produced bearing steels conformed to the standard requirements.
