摘要
为满足岩石硬质环境工矿使用要求,设计出一种新型高强高韧耐磨斗齿钢,通过对钢的热处理工艺进行研究,确定出合理的热处理工艺。通过对斗齿本体的显微组织、力学性能、硬度分布、冲击韧度分布以及耐磨性能进行的研究表明,新型斗齿钢制造的斗齿各项力学性能满足技术要求,其耐磨性能优于韩国进口斗齿,具有巨大开发价值。
In order to meet the using requirements of working conditions of hard rocks, one kind of new wear-resisting bucket tooth steel with high strength and toughness was designed. Through study on the heat treatment processes of the steel, the reasonable heat treatment process was determined. And through study on the microstrueture, mechanical properties, hardness distribution, impact toughness distribution and wear resistance, the results showed that, the compositive mechanical properties of new wear-resisting bucket tooth steel could meet the technical requirements, and its wear resistance was better than that of bucket tooth steels imported South Korea, having a huge development value.
