摘要
运用六西格玛管理工具，分析查找生产过程中对桥梁用钢力学性能稳定性的影响因子，并相应采取改进措施，降低了性能波动，提高了力学性能合格率，降低了生产成本，增加企业经济效益。
By using six sigma management tools, the influence factors influencing the mechanics perform- ance stability of steels for bridges in production processes were analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures were taken, and then the fluctuations in properties were reduced, the qualified rate of mechanical properties was improved, and the economic benefits of enterprise was increased.
