本文简要介绍了滚切式剖分剪的工作原理、工艺参数、设计要点及结构分析,结合国内设备实际使用情况,为将来设备改造或者国产化研究提供了参考。同时,也为冶金设备的核心产品的国产化起到了抛砖引玉的导向作用。

This paper briefly introduces the working principle,technological parameters,design points and structural analysis of the rolling cut slitting shear. Combined with the actual use of the domestic equipment,it provides a reference for future equipment modification or localization research. At the same time,it also plays a guiding role for the localization of the core products of metallurgical equipment.
