摘要
回顾了宝钢、本钢不锈钢准备(引带)机组的设计、安装调试过程,阐述了该机组设计中的关注重点,介绍了安装调试中出现的问题及解决办法。提出了一些创新思路及新方法,为类似机组的设计、制造、安装调试提供一些实际经验。
Through reviewing Baosteel and Benxi steel stainless steel coil preparation Line（ CPL） in the design,installation and commissioning,This paper introduced the design key points and the problems existing in the installation and debugging,and how to solve them,This paper described some innovative ideas and new methods and provided some practical experience for the design,manufacture and installation of similar CPL.
