TGFa在胰腺癌中的表达及其与癌细胞DNA倍型的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究胰腺癌中TGFa的表达及其与癌细胞DNA倍型的关系.方法 分别采用TGFa单抗免疫染色及Feulgen染色法对67例胰腺导管腺癌和16例正常胰腺进行染色,并分析TGFa表达与癌细胞DNA倍型的关系.结果 胰腺癌组织TGFa染色阳性率为41.8%,正常胰腺组织中未见阳性染色.TGFa阳性胰腺癌癌细胞异倍体率为89.3%,明显高于阴性组.结论TGFa表达与胰腺癌发生及癌细胞核增殖活性有关. Objective: To investigate the expression of TGFα and its relation to DNA-ploidy in pancreatic carcinoma. Methods: Sixty-seven pancreatic ductal adenocarcino-ma tissues and sixteen normal pancreatic tissues were stained with mono-antibody immunoassay and Feulgen method. Expression of TGFα and its relation to DNA-ploidy were analyzed. Results: TGFα positive rate of pancreatic cancer was 41.8% and no staining in normal tissue. Heteroploid rate of TGFα positive cancer cell was 89.3% and higher than TGFa negative cell significantly. Conclusion: Expression of TGFα is correlated with pancreatic cancer genesis and proliferative activity.
