一流大学建设视域下现代大学制度的诠释与建构

大学发展尤其是一流大学发展,究其本质就是一部现代大学制度发展史。"双一流"建设给我国大学制度创新提供政策契机,并明确规定一流大学建设的重要任务即在于建设现代大学制度。通过对世界一流大学语境下的现代大学制度的理论诠释,不难发现我国当前归根结底就是行政化掌控下的大学制度,并衍生和外化出行政权力异化学术权力、行政级别外化学术级别以及行政文化渗透学术文化等乱象。为因应一流大学建设,必须回归学术本位,克服观念障碍、制度障碍、利益障碍以及管理障碍,从多角度、多方面着力建构现代大学制度。

In order to cope with the construction of first - class universities, it is necessary to return to academic standard, overcome the ideological, institutional, interest and management obstacles, and construct the modern university system from various angles.
