Connotation,Relationship and Trend:Internationalization and Nationalization in “Double First-Class” Construction

我国高等教育重点建设大致经历三个阶段:重点大学建设阶段、冲击世界一流大学建设阶段以及双一流建设阶段。在前两个阶段,其国际化与民族化的内涵与关系虽然有着不同的表征,但整体而言,模仿与移植一直是建设的主要路径与手段。进入双一流阶段,扎根中国大地办大学成为其建设指引,而要实现扎根中国大地办大学,应努力实现两个转向:"办在中国的大学"向"长在中国的大学"转向,从"被化"向"化人"转向,进而提高中国高等教育在世界的话语权和引领作用。

The key construction of higher education in China has gone through three stages ： the construction of key universities, the construction of world - class universities and the construction of double - first - class universities. In the first two stages, the connotation and relationship of internationalization and nationalization are different. However, on the whole, imitation and transplantation have always been the main ways and means of construction. Entering the double first stage,in order to take root in China＇ s universities, establishing confidence in the system is the key point. We should make every effort to realize two directions：＂ running a university in China＂ to ＂being a university in China＂ and from ＂being influenced by others＂ to ＂influencing others＂, as well as Emphasizing and paying attention to China＇ s influence and voice in different regions so as to further enhance China＇ s reputation and leading role in these regions and countries.
