膨胀阻燃体系对水性超薄钢结构防火涂料性能影响的研究 被引量:9

Influence of the Intumescent System on the Performance of Waterborne Extra-thin Flame-retardant Coatings Used on Steel Structures

摘要 研究了膨胀阻燃体系对水性超薄钢结构防火涂料的防火性能和耐水性能的影响。研究表明,密胺树脂包覆聚磷酸铵(MF-APP)、双季戊四醇(DPER)、季戊四醇笼状磷酸酯(PEPA)以及三聚氰胺(MEL)具有较低的水溶性。通过模拟大板燃烧、耐水测试对比了4种膨胀阻燃体系涂料的性能,发现MF-APP/DPER/MEL体系的耐水性能明显优于其他体系,其涂层耐水时间高达42 h,浸水48 h后涂层质量损失率仅为5.22%,热重分析表明其涂层浸水前后的组分含量变化不大,原有的防火性能从而得到保持。 The influence of the intumescent system on the flame-retardant and water-resistant performance of waterborne extrathin coatings used on steel structures is studied. Results show that melamine-coated ammonium polyphosphate(MF-APP), dipentaerythritol(DPER), pentaerythritolphosphate(PEPA) and melamine(MEL) have low water solubility. The four intumescent systems were compared through the simulated big panel burning test and water-resistance test. It is found that the water-resistance of flame-retardant coatings with MF-APP/DPER/MEL is better than the other intumescent system. The water-resistance time was 42 h, and after 48 h of water immersion, the weight loss of coatings was only 5.22%. Thermal gravimetric analysis shows that the components of the coatings remain the same, thus its flame-retardant performance is almost unchanged.
