黄芪葛根汤治疗糖尿病肾病气阴两虚兼瘀阻肾络证的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Radix Astragali Kudzu Root Decoction in Treatment of Deficiency of Qi and Yin and Stasis Blocking Kidney Meridian of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察分析黄芪葛根汤治疗糖尿病肾病气阴两虚兼瘀阻肾络证的效果。方法将我院2017年1月至2018年2月期间收治的100例糖尿病肾病气阴两虚兼瘀阻肾络证患者随机分为对照组与实验组,各50例。给予对照组常规西医治疗,实验组给予黄芪葛根汤治疗,观察临床疗效。结果 (1)数据显示,实验组总有效率高于对照组(94%vs 78%,P=0.001)。(2)治疗前,比较各项临床指标,组间无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,组间24 h UP、UAER水平差异明显(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病气阴两虚兼瘀阻肾络证,予以黄芪葛根汤治疗,疗效显著。

Objective to observe and analyze effect of Radix Astragali Kudzu Root Decoction in treatment of deficiency of Qi and Yin and stasis blocking kidney meridian of diabetic nephropathy. Methods divide 100 cases diabetic nephropathy patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin and stasis blocking kidney meridian in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 into control and experimental group randomly, 50 cases in each. Control group was treated with routine western medicine, and experimental group with Radix Astragali Kudzu Root Decoction. Observe clinical effect of two groups. Results ①data showed total effective rate of experimental group was higher than control group（94% vs 78%, P=0.001）.②before treatment, clinical indicators showed no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）. After treatment, level difference of 24 h UP and UAER between groups sghowed significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Radix Astragali Kudzu Root Decoction has significant effect in treatment of deficiency of Qi and Yin and stasis blocking kidney meridian of diabetic nephropathy.
