肩袖损伤的治疗进展

作为人体全身活动频率最大的关节,肩关节在日常生理活动和工作中也非常重要。而肩袖在肩关节软组织中又占据重要地位,是肩关节能健康运行的保障和基础。如果肩袖受到损伤,那么就会造成肩关节生理功能受到障碍,也会造成肩部疼痛,影响患者的正常生活和幸福体验。对肩袖损伤进行治疗一方面是为了帮助患者恢复正常身体功能,恢复肩关节健康,另一方面也能有效地减轻疼痛和由肩袖损伤引起的其他的一些病痛。国内外对肩袖治疗领域的研究逐渐增加,其治疗效果得到了提升,但是在手术中产生的一些新的问题比如手术适应证等状况还有一些难点没有攻破,各方之间还存在着一些争议。所以,现在对于肩袖损伤的研究分析仍然是骨科运动医学领域中的热点和难点所在。本文主要以近几年来国内外研究的相关文献作为参考和借鉴,分析和探讨了肩袖损伤的治疗进展。

Shoulder joint has the largest activity frequency of human body, which is important in daily physiological activities and work. Rotator cuff plays an important role in soft tissue of shoulder joint, which is the guarantee and foundation for healthy operation of shoulder joint. If it is damaged, physiological function of shoulder joint will be hindered and cause pains, which affects normal life and happy experience of patients. Treatment of rotator cuff injury is to help patients restore normal physical function, and shoulder joint health, on the other hand, it can reduce pains and other diseases effectively caused by rotator cuff injury. Research on rotator cuff treatment is increasing at home and abroad, with improving treatment effect. However, there are some new problems and disputes to be overcome, such as operation indications. Therefore, research and analysis on rotator cuff injury is still a hot spot and difficulty of sports medicine field of orthopedics department. The article mainly analyzes and discusses progress of rotator cuff injury treatment based on related literatures at home and abroad in recent years for reference.
