扶正固本Ⅰ、Ⅱ号方结合化疗治疗肿瘤的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Spporting Healthy Eergy No.Ⅰ, Ⅱ Combined with Chemotherapy in Treatment of Tumors

目的探讨联合使用扶正固本Ⅰ、Ⅱ号方与化疗治疗肿瘤的疗效。方法选取我院接受的肿瘤患者94例,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组单纯给予化疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予扶正固本Ⅰ、Ⅱ号方治疗,对比近期疗效、远期疗效以及生存质量评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率、PFS评分以及QOL评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论采用扶正固本Ⅰ、Ⅱ号方联合化疗治疗肿瘤患者具有较为显著的临床疗效,可改善患者预后以及生活质量,值得推广。

Objective to study clinical effect of Spporting Healthy Eergy No.Ⅰ, Ⅱ combined with chemotherapy in treatment of tumors. Methods choose 94 cancer patients in our hospital, divide them into control and observation group according to principle of random allocation, 47 cases in each. Control group was treated with chemotherapy only. Observation group with Spporting Healthy Eergy No.Ⅰ, Ⅱ on the basis of control group. Compare short-term effect, long-term effect and life quality scores. Results short and long-term effect and life quality scores of observation group were significantly better than control group（P 0.05）, difference showed statistical significance. Conclusion Spporting Healthy Eergy No.Ⅰ, Ⅱ combined with chemotherapy can improve short and long-term effect significantly and improve life quality of tumor patients, which is worthy of extensive clinical practice.
