前交叉韧带重建术后超早期中医介入的康复效果分析

Rehabilitation Effect Analysis of Super Early Chinese Medicine Intervention of Postoperative Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

目的分析前交叉韧带重建术后超早期中医介入的康复效果。方法选取2014年7月至2017年7月接受治疗的50例前交叉韧带重建术患者为对象,随机分为两组,每组各25例,对照组使用常规药物治疗,观察组则应用超早期中医介入治疗,对比两组患者康复效果以及膝关节IKDC评定结果。结果观察组患者膝关节活动度、膝关节维度康复情况显著高于对照组,观察组患者膝关节IKDC评定合格率96.00%显著高于对照组76.00%,P<0.05。结论前交叉韧带重建术后超早期中医介入的方式进行治疗,可显著提升患者治疗体验,促进后期康复,进而全面提升治疗效果,为治疗提供更加科学的方案。

Objective to analyze rehabilitative effect of super early Chinese medicine intervention for postoperative anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods choose 50 cases anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction patients from July 2014 to July 2017 as study objects, divide them into two groups randomly, 25 cases in each. Control group was treated with routine medicine, and observation group with super early traditional Chinese medicine intervention. Compare rehabilitation effect and IKDC assessment result of knee joint of two groups. Results rehabilitation of activity degree and dimension of knee joint in observation group was significantly higher than control group. IKDC qualified rate of knee joint in observation group was 96.00%, significantly higher than 76.00% of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion super early intervention can significantly improve treatment experience of patients of postoperative reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament, promote later rehabilitation, and improve treatment effect comprehensively, and provide more scientific scheme for the treatment.
