摘要
目的探讨中药补阳还五汤治疗脑梗塞气虚血瘀证的效果。方法对我院(2016年6月至2017年11月)收治的50例脑梗塞气虚血瘀证患者的临床资料进行分析,按照数字随机法分为对照组25例、研究组25例,两组分别给予常规治疗、常规西药联合中药补阳还五汤治疗,治疗后,对两组患者不良反应发生率、日常生活能力评分、神经功能缺损评分、治疗总有效率进行对比。结果治疗后,治疗组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为12%、24%,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者生活能力评分(80.19±9.56)分、神经功能缺损评分(10.19±3.01)分,显著优于对照组(70.19±8.10)分、(20.18±5.45)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗总有效率(90%)显著高于对照组(80%),对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药补阳还五汤加减治疗脑梗塞气虚血瘀证患者的临床效果显著。
Objective to investigate effect of Buyang huanwu decoction on treating cerebral infarction with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods choose clinical data of 40 cases Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome patients in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 randomly, divide them into control and treatment group, 20 cases in each. Control group was treated with routine western medicine, on the basis, treatment group with combination of traditional Chinese medicine modified Buyang huanwu decoction. Compare daily living ability scores, neurological deficit scores, adverse reactions incidence and total effective rate of two groups. Results before treatment, difference of living ability scores, neurological deficit scores showed no significant of between two groups,(P〉0.05). After treatment, comparison of life ability scores and neurological deficit scores of treatment group showed statistical significance between two groups,(P〈0.05), adverse reactions incidence of treatment group(20%) was significantly lower than control group(20%), comparison showed statistical significance(P〈0.05). Total effective rate of treatment group(90%) was significantly higher than control group(80%), comparison showed statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Buyang huanfive decoction is effective in treatment of cerebral infarction with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
