中药外敷治疗小儿病毒性发热的安全性及有效性分析

Safety and Effect Analysis of External Application of Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Viral Fever of Children

目的分析中药外敷治疗小儿病毒性发热的安全性及有效性。方法随机选定本院儿科收治的150例病毒性发热患者,2016年1月至2018年1月为研究时段,以随机数字表法分组,分试验组、对照组,每组样本容量75例。对照组采纳常规西医治疗,试验组以对照组为基础,采纳中药外敷治疗。比较体温变化情况以及治疗效果。结果与对照组治疗后120 min、360 min体温比较,试验组较低,与对照组治疗总有效率比较,试验组较高,具统计学差异,P<0.05。结论中药外敷可有效降低小儿病毒性发热患者的体温,效果确切,值得借鉴。

Objective to analyze safety and effect of external application of Chinese medicine in treatment of viral fever of children. Methods choose 150 cases viral fever patients treated in our hospital randomly from January 2016 to January 2018. Based on random digital table method, divide them into experimental group and control group, 75 cases in each. Control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment, and experimental group with external application of Chinese medicine on the basis of control group. Compare body temperature changes and treatment effect. Results compared with control group, body temperature 120 min and 360 min after treatment was lower than control group, total effective rate of experimental group was higher than control group, difference showed statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion external application of Chinese medicine can reduce body temperature of viral fever children effectively with accurate effective, which is worthy of reference.
