二氧化锆修复体在口腔修复中的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨二氧化锆对口腔修复的应用价值。方法以84例于2015年2月至2017年2月间在我院接受治疗的口腔修复患者为研究对象,根据修复方式分为对照组和观察组。对照组使用常规修复方式,观察组使用二氧化锆进行修复,比较两组口腔修复效果。结果对照组边缘密合性好概率、修复体崩瓷发生率和修复体折断发生率分别为71.4%、20.8%和16.7%,与观察组的90.5%、4.2%和2.1%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二氧化锆修复口腔疾病效果显著,既可使边缘更加密合,也了减少事件发生风险,推广应用价值明显。 Objective to investigate effect of zirconium oxide restorations on prosthodontics. Methods choose 84 cases oral prosthodontics admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017, divide them into control and observation group according to repair method. Control group was treated with routine restorations, and observation group with zirconium oxide restorations. Compare of restoration effect two groups. Results probability of good marginal coincidence of control group was 71.4%, incidence of restorations ceramic fracture was 20.8%, and breaking incidence of restorations was 16.7%, that of observation group was 90.5%, 4.2% and 2.1%, difference showed statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion zirconium oxide restorations can improve density of marginal coincidence obviously and reduce incidence of adverse events such as ceramic fracture of dental prosthesis patients, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
