剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩方式的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Repregnancy Delivery Mode after Cesarean Section

目的对剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩方式予以探讨。方法随机选取我院2016年12月至2017年4月间收治的剖宫产后再次妊娠分娩孕妇180例,随机均分为对照组与研究组,其中对照组实施剖宫分娩,研究组实施阴道试产,对比两组产妇再次妊娠后选择的生产方式、母婴出现并发症的几率、恶露时间、住院时间、产后出血量等。结果两组产妇在产后出血量、住院时间、产后恶露时间、母婴并发症发生率方面存在明显差异,P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。结论在医护人员的监督下可以为剖宫产后再次妊娠孕妇采用阴道分娩的方式。

Objective to analyze delivery mode of repregnancy after cesarean section. Methods choose 180 cases repregnancy women treated in our hospital from December 2016 to April 2017 after cesarean section, divide them into two groups with single blind and random method： study group and control group, 90 cases in each. Study group adopts vaginal delivery, and control group was caesarean delivery. Compare delivery mode, incidence of maternal and infant complications, lochia time, hospitalization time, postpartum hemorrhage amount after repregnancy of two groups. Results lochia time, hospitalization time, postpartum hemorrhage amount of study group was significantly lower than control group, comparison showed statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Complications incidence of mother and infants of study group was significantly lower than control group, difference showed statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion repregnancy after cesarean section patients can choose vaginal delivery under supervision of medical staffs.
