除尘灰压块冶金性能研究

摘要 高炉除尘灰由高温再生矿组成,富含碳、铁和锌等可回收利用有价值矿物。由于其矿物组成成份复杂、性质不稳定且粒度细,所以难以回收利用.本文主要介绍了高炉除尘灰的性质,冷压球随着焙烧温度升高的爆裂率和低温粉化率上升,论述了冷压球团冶金性能及其用途,为除尘灰利用提供了一种途径。 The blast furnace dust is composed of high-temperature reclaimed ore which is rich in the recycled valuable minerals such as carbon, iron and zinc. Because of its complex mineral composition, unstable property and fine grain siz mainly introduces the properties of blast furnace dust, and e, th it is difficult to recycle. This paper e bursting rate and low-temperature pulverization rate of cold-pressed ball increasing with the calcination temperature. The metallurgical properties of cold pressed pellets and the way of use are discussed.
