中厚板压下系统优化设计及实施

摘要 中厚板轧机压下系统由大型的压下螺丝及螺母构成,价格昂贵,由于压下螺丝及螺母之间的配合间隙较小,如果设计或使用不当均会引发压下螺丝与螺母磨损加剧,降低压下螺丝及螺母的使用寿命。本文主要论述了压下系统的设计改造,明显提高了压下螺丝及螺母的寿命,大幅降低费用实践案例。 The pressing system of plate mill consists of large pressing screws and nuts, which are expensive. Due to the small clearance between screw and nut, if the improper design or use is caused, the wear of screw and nut will be intensified, and the service life can be reduced. This paper mainly discusses the design and modification of the pressing system, which significantly improves the life of the screw and nut, and greatly reduces the cost.
