Quick Replacement of Wire Rope and Hook Group for Large-tonnage Bridge Crane and Application of Balance Beam Adjustment and Maintenance Technology

大吨位桥式起重机钢丝绳、吊钩组快速更换及平衡梁调整是起重机检修过程中的技术难点,传统的检修方法耗时多、投入人员多,已不能满足快节奏生产要求。本文通过对大吨位桥式起重机钢丝绳、吊钩组快速更换及平衡梁调整检修技术的改进,大幅度降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

Quick replacement of wire rope and hook group for large-tonnage bridge crane and adjustment of balance beam are technical difficuhies in maintenance process of the crane. The traditional maintenance method takes more time and more people, and cannot meet the requirements of fast-paced production. In this paper, through the rapid replacement of large- tonnage bridge crane wire rope and hook group, and improvement of adjustment and maintenance technology of balance beam, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, and the work efficiency is improved.
