9月27日至28日，中共中央政治局常委、国务院总理李克强在浙江省委书记车俊、省长袁家军陪同下考察舟山、台州，并主持召开企业座谈会。李克强来到位于舟山的浙江自贸试验区，了解企业对简政减税降费的实际感受，随机询问多位现场办事群众现在办事和过去比有哪些变化。他强调要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，按照党中央、国务院部署，深化“放管服”改革，积累更多类似“最多跑一次”的好经验。简政放权底线是不为难企业、不烦扰群众，还要进一步做到利企便民。
