摘要
杭州之城山水相依，自古是钟灵毓秀之地，文人墨客辈出，如星斗璀璨。乾隆三十三年（1768）生于钱塘的陈曼生正是其中之一，他以文人之身参与紫砂壶创制，融诗书画印之素养于紫砂壶，所成“曼生壶”开文人紫砂之先河，整体上把紫砂壶艺从匠人工艺推升到文人审美意趣的品质。
Mansheng Pot made a history of purple sand for scholars for it elevated the craftsmanship of purple sand to the hearts of scholars. Creator Mr. Chen Mansheng had talent for calligraphy and seat cutting. As one of the ＂Eight Xiling Scholars＂, Chen Manshen was an expert in painting mainly about flowers and birds. His works were almost expressed in the style of sketch with simple content and skills, showing limitless lingering charm. Mansheng Pot is the product of Chen Mansheng＇s aesthetic ideal as well as the result fusing scholars＇ hearts with craftsmanship.
