摘要
针对频发的核电厂取水口堵塞事件,对核电厂进水明渠增加拦污格栅进行了可行性研究。通过对拦污格栅的水力计算与分析,建立了格栅栅条间距、过栅水头损失及格栅堵塞率三者之间的关系曲线,在满足循环水过滤系统正常取水的前提下可得到较为合理的格栅间距值。同时,为避免拦污格栅被污物堵塞而影响系统的正常取水,对拦污格栅的清污布置也进行了分析,认为在核电厂进水明渠新增拦污格栅是可行的,对预防核电厂取水口堵塞的发生具有重要意义。
Aiming at blockage of cooling water intakes occuring frequently at nuclear power plants(NPP),feasibility study on trash bars added in the intake open channel of NPP has been carried out.Relationship between bar spacing,head loss and blocking rate has been built by analysis the hydraulic calculation of trash bars.Reasonable bar spacing has been obtained under the condition of meeting normal pumping discharge of circulating water filtration system.Meanwhile,in order to avoid blockage of trash bars,layout of cleaning of trash bars has also been analysised.The result shows that adding of trash bars in the intake open channel of NPP is feasible,which is significant for prevent blockage of cooling water intakes occurs.
