摘要
阐述了城市供水全过程监管平台整合及业务化平台构建背景,明确了顶层设计的指导思想、设计思路、设计原则,提出了总体框架及功能结构。平台的实施将对全面提升我国城市供水全过程的综合监管能力提供技术支撑。
This paper expounds the background of the integration and business platform construction of the whole process of urban water supply supervision,clarifies the guiding ideology,design ideas and design principles of the top-level design,and puts forward the overall framework and functional structure.The implementation of the platform will provide technical support to comprehensively enhance the comprehensive supervision ability of the whole process of urban water supply in China.
