摘要
澳大利亚于2009年正式启动了"为澳大利亚而教"志愿者教师培养项目,旨在通过制定较高的选拔标准与严格的选拔程序,为国家培养一批具有历史使命感与教育领导力的优秀教师。通过建立以实践为中心的课程体系、以农村学校为基地的实践模式、发达的专业支持体系、充足的资金保障体系,澳大利亚有效解决了农村偏远地区师资短缺问题,促进了国家教育的公平与卓越发展。我国农村及偏远地区教师选拔可以借鉴其经验:严把教师"入口"关,拓宽师资来源渠道;以农村学校为基地,提供实践机会;开展网络资源建设,建立教学资源共享机制和师生互动平台;整合社会多方力量,建立广泛的合作机制。
In 2009,Australia officially launched the Teach for Australia,aimed to deliver a large number of outstanding associates for rural schools in Australia through high selection standards and strict selection procedures. By establishing a practice-centered curriculum system,a practice model based on rural schools,a developed professional support system,and an adequate financial support system,Australia has effectively eased the shortage of teachers in rural areas and promoted the fairness and excellence of national education. The selection of Chinese rural teachers can draw on their experience:strictly control the "entrance" of teachers,broaden the channels of teachers,provide practical opportunities based on rural schools, develop network resources, establish teaching resource sharing mechanism and teacher-student interaction platform. Integrate various social forces and establish a wide range of cooperation mechanisms.
