摘要 针对预制装配式结构图纸量大且质量低、出图难,预制构件预留预埋难,装配施工难的问题,在预制装配式结构项目实施的设计阶段、生产阶段、施工阶段、运维阶段引入BIM技术,保证了预制装配式结构图纸的质量,减少了施工中因图纸错误造成生产构件返工误工的现象,避免了材料的浪费; BIM技术的管线综合优化,精确预留洞口及预埋件的位置和尺寸,提高了预留预埋效率,降低因预留预埋件现场二次开洞引起的施工变更。 In view of such problems of fabricated construction as large quantities, low quality and difficult producing of structural drawings, difficult reserving and pre-embedding of precast units and difficult assembling and construction etc. , the BIM technology is introduced to the design phase, production phase, construction phase, operation and maintenance phase during the prefabricated construction project implementation. By using BIM technology, the quality of the prefabricated construction drawings are ensured, the rework of work pieces due to drawing errors is reduced and the waste of materials is avoided. The comprehensive pipeline optimization of BIM technology can accurately determine the location and size of the reserved holes and the embedded parts, and is beneficial to improve the pre-embedded efficiency and can reduce the construction changes caused by reserving the secondary open holes at the site of reserved embedded parts.
