摘要
以青岛贝林自然博物馆项目为例,使用Revit和Trimble Tekla软件建立全专业模型,使用该模型审查二维施工图,并优化施工方案。利用BIM技术来对管线排布方案进行优化,满足净高要求后,对管线进行碰撞检查,解决了管线碰撞和管线预留洞口的问题;建模人员严格按照预先定制的标准进行BIM模型的建立,该模型可直接提取工程量,从而对材料进行精细化管理;施工过程中,施工人员可以结合2D施工图和3D模型来深化对项目复杂节点的理解,并通过逆向建模技术定期检查施工质量,进而保证了质量和工期,产生了良好的经济效益。
Taking the Qingdao Behring Natural History Museum for example, the full-specialty model was built using Revit and Trimble Teklasoftware to review two-dimensional construction drawings and optimize construction scheme. The BIM technology was used to optimize the pipeline arrangement scheme and meet the requirements of net height. The pipeline was checked for collisions to solve the problems of pipeline coUisions and reserved holes. The model can directly extract the engineering quantities for fine management of the materials. Moreover, through the comparison of 2D construction drawings and 3D model,the construction staff have deeper understanding of the complex nodes of the project, and by checking the construction quality regularly through the reverse modeling technology, the construction quality and period are ensured, and good economic benefits are achieved.
