摘要
以某山区风电项目梁板式风机基础为例,采用尺寸复测、感观检查、混凝土构件回弹、电磁探测、超声波探测、钻芯取样验证等方法,探明风机基础混凝土实际强度、钢筋配置、结构密实度及结合面质量,并分析其质量缺陷和对基础结构安全的影响,根据风机基础受力特点和项目建设条件,采用植筋和外粘钢板相结合的方式对结构进行加固设计和施工,确保风机基础满足设计荷载和使用要求,有效消除结构缺陷所带来的质量和安全风险,避免对整个风电项目建设进度和成本以及经济效益带来不利影响。
Taking for example the beam-slab fan foundation of a mountain wind power project, such methods as size re-measurement, sensory checking, concrete member spring back, electromagnetic surveying, ultrasonic detection and core sampling verification etc. are adopted to find out the actual concrete strength, reinforcement arrangement, structure compactness and junction surface quality of the fan foundation and to analyze the influence of its quality defects on the foundation structure safety. Based on the force characteristics of fan foundation and project construction conditions, reinforcement bar planting and outer coating of steel plate are combined for the structure reinforcement design and construction to ensure that the fan foundation meets the design load and requirements of use. The quality and safety risks brought by the structure defects are effectively eliminated, which avoids affecting ad- versely the construction schedule, cost and economic benefits of the whole wind power project.
