Progress of chimeric antigen receptor-modified NK cell therapy for solid tumors

随着嵌合抗原受体基因修饰的T(CAR-T)细胞疗法在血液肿瘤领域的成功应用,CAR技术引起了广泛的关注。自然杀伤(NK)细胞作为先天免疫系统的重要效应细胞,用CAR修饰NK细胞(CAR-NK)同样有治疗恶性肿瘤的潜力,特别是在实体瘤方面。CAR-NK细胞疗法在治疗胶质母细胞瘤、卵巢癌和乳腺癌等实体恶性肿瘤方面的研究已经开展且展现出一定的治疗效果。

With the successful application of chimeric antigen receptor-modified T（CAR-T） cell therapy for the hematological tumors,the CAR technique has aroused extensive focus of scholars. Natural killer（NK） cell,one kind of significant effector cells in innate immune system,also has the potential to treat malignant tumors,especially in solid tumors. Some researches have demonstrated that CAR-NK cell therapy has a certain therapeutic effect on glioblastoma,ovarian cancer,breast cancer and other solid malignant tumors.
