国际交流与合作是我国高等教育国际化的重要实践形式。如何吸引境外高校深层次的合作,同时将国际先进理念和模式更好地消化吸收与创新发展,是一个关键问题。暨南大学护理学院近年开展多形式、多层次的国际交流与合作的实践,探索对外高校增强合作吸引力、对内师生产生最大受益的交流与合作模式,文章对此进行总结与分析。

International exchange and cooperation is an important form of practice in the internationalization of higher education in China. How to attract the deep-seated cooperation of foreign universities, and at the same time to better digest and absorb the advanced international concepts and models and innovative development, is a key issue. In recent years, the Nursing College of Jinan University has carried out multi- form and multi-level international exchanges and cooperation practice, and explored the exchange and cooperation mode to enhance the attrac- tion of cooperation with foreign universities and to maximize the benefits for teachers and students.
