摘要
目的:探讨PBL案例库在肾脏内科见习应用。方法:选取临床专业见习生120名,分为试验组和对照组,对照组实施传统教学法,试验组应用案例库的PBL教学法,教师对学生理论知识和临床诊疗思维能力考核、病例书写进行评价及教学满意度问卷调查。结果:考核成绩试验组均优于对照组;教学满意度试验组高于对照组。结论:应用PBL案例库教学优于传统模式。
Objective:To explore the application of PBL case database in nephrology internship. Methods: 120 clinical probationers were di- vided into experimental group and control group. The control group was given traditional teaching method. The experimental group was given PBL teaching method based on case bank. The teachers assessed the students' theoretical knowledge and clinical thinking ability, evaluated the case writing and questionnaires of teaching satisfaction. Results: the scores of the examination group were better than those of the control group; the teaching satisfaction test group was higher than that of the control gToup. Conclusion: The application of PBL case teaching is superior to the traditional one.
