Status quo of education quality of equivalent level medical master program with quality as its focus

同等学力申请医学硕士是在职人员提高临床能力和科学素养的重要途径。通过分析2009级和2010级同等学力医学硕士培养过程中存在的问题,从修读学制、导师指导、课程学习、论文评阅等方面,提高同等学力硕士的培养质量。

Applying the same educational level to master of medicine is an important way for in-service staff to improve their clinical and scientific literacy. By analyzing the problems existing in the training process of medical master of the same academic ability in 2009 and 2010, the training quality of medical master of the same academic ability can be improved from the aspects of study system,tutor＇s guidance,course study and thesis evaluation.
