摘要
变流器作为保证交流传动电力机车安全稳定运行的关键设备,其核心器件IGBT(绝缘栅双极晶体管)承担功率变换、能量传输等重要任务。只有保证IGBT器件安全工作、可靠驱动,才能实现为交流传动电力机车提供牵引动力以及为车载辅助设备提供电能的目标。通过对IGBT驱动电路进行分析,对IGBT的栅极保护、过电压保护、过电流保护以及短路保护等提出了相应的设计方案,为提高交流传动电力机车的可靠性提供了理论依据。
Converter, as a key equipment to ensure the safe and stable operation of AC drive electric locomotive, its core device IGBT plays an important role in power conversion and energy transmission. Only when the IGBT device is safely operated and reliably driven, can the system realistically achieve the important task of providing traction power for the AC drive electric locomotive and electrical energy for the vehicle auxiliary equipment. This paper takes the driving circuit of IGBT as the research object, the corresponding design schemes for IGBT gate protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection and short-circuit protection are proposed, which provides a theoretical basis for improving the reliability of AC drive electric locomotive.
