摘要
当前我国的社会治安综合治理存在的问题呼吁善治。从瑞士联邦委会得到的启示，保障公民参与社会治安综合治理可以建立社会治安综合治理主管机构的成员动态化选拔机制、社会治安综合治理决策听证会制度、鼓励公众组织民间团体的制度与利用网络开展公民公开讨论。
The current problems in comprehensive management of social security in China call for good governance. From the inspiration of Swiss Federal Council, to ensure citizens＇ participation in comprehensive management of social security, we can set up a dynamic selection mechanism of members of the competent authority of comprehensive management of social security, a decision-making hearing system of comprehensive management of social security, a system to encourage public organizations of civil society and the use of the intemet to carry out public discussion of citizens.
