摘要
正义问题的争论自古就有。而权利与正义向来颇具张力，人们行使权利的自由如何与正义协调共存．自然成了争论的核心。英国政治家葛德文对于这一问题有着自己的理解，提出了独到的解决措施。
The dispute over justice has existed since ancient times. Rights and justice have always been quite strained. How the freedom of people to exercise their rights co-coexist in harmony with justice is naturally at the heart of the controversy. The British politician Godwin has his own understanding of this issue and came up with a unique solution.
