“社会人假设”下大学生公益创业的成本收益分析

Analysis of the Cost-benefit of Undergraduates' Social Entrepreneurship from the Perspective of the "Hypothesis of Social Man"

基于目前公益组织在发展中遇到的资金问题、人才问题、政府失灵、市场失灵和志愿者失灵问题,透过"社会人假设"的视角分析了政府、社会、企业、学校、大学生五个利益相关者在推进公益创业发展中的成本收益问题,研究认为大学生公益创业的发展应该构建"五位一体的发展模式",将政府的服务职能、高校的公益属性与社会大众的新需求进行充分对接,激发大学生公益创业意愿,实现大学生公益创业利益相关者共赢的目标。

Based on the current financial problems,talent problems,government function failures,market function failures and volunteer failures in the development of nonprofit organizations,this research analyzed the cost-benefit problem of the five stakeholders-government,society,enterprises,schools and college students-in the development of social entrepreneurship from the perspective of the ＂Hypothesis of Social Man＂,and concluded that a ＂five-in-one development model＂,where the government ’ s service function,the public welfare attributes of colleges and universities,and the new needs of the public are fully integrated,should be constructed for the development of college students’ social entrepreneurship,so as to stimulate their social entrepreneurship intention,and achieve the win-win situation among stakeholders.
