高职院校党员工作质量保障与评估机制研究——以广东工程职业技术学院为例

Research on Quality Guarantee,Evaluation Mechanism and Indicator System for the Admission Work of Party Members in Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Guangdong Engineering Vocational College

高职院校学生党员是青年中的技能型人才,提高高职院校学生党员质量,具有重大的现实意义。要针对当前大学生党员发展工作中存在的问题,结合广东工程职业技术学院学生党建工作的实践,构建合理的高职院校学生党员发展质量保障体系:以"入党前,入党中,入党后"3个发展时期为横轴,以"入党积极分子选拔条件,发展对象考察机制,预备党员质量评价体系,党员激励与约束长效机制"4个内容为纵轴,根据学生党员每个时期的思想和心理特征的不同,建立有效的培养考核机制。

As the elites in the contemporary society,college student Party members are the hopes of the state and the Party in the future. Therefore,it is significant to foster and nurture college student Party members. By addressing the existing problems in the admission work of college student Party members and referring to the experiences of such work in Guangdong Engineering Vocational College,this paper explores the entire system for the development of higher vocational college student Party members,and sets up a mechanism for the quality guarantee work of training college student Party members. To be specific,this paper suggests that an effective training and assessment mechanism shall be established based on three periods of Party education-＂ prior to,during and after the admission into the Party＂,pinpointing four aspects-＂ requirements for selection of Party activists,assessment for Party member applicants,appraisal system for candidatures and a long-standing mechanism of bolstering and restricting Party members＂,and based on the ideological and psychological characteristics of the college student Party members in different periods of education.
