生态文明视角下工业化与农业现代化协调度的区域差异评价——以中部六省为例

Evaluation of Regional Disparity in the Coordination Degree of Industrialization and Agricultural Modernization from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization——Take the Six Provinces of Central China for Example

文章在生态文明视角下从工业化、农业现代化两个维度构建了评价指标体系,基于我国中部六省2008年～2015年的数据,采用主成分分析法分别对中部六省的工业化和农业现代化水平进行评价,并通过空间描述方法构建系统协调状态测度模型对比分析中部六省工业化与农业现代化协调度的区域差异,最后通过σ收敛分析了六省区域差异的收敛与扩散程度.研究发现:第一,在整体上中部六省农业现代化水平呈逐年增长状态,工业化水平呈较大波动状态;第二,中部六省农业现代化与工业化存在交互的关系,由于各省工业化、农业现代化发展程度不同,其工业化与农业现代化协调度存在一定的区域差异;第三,2008年至2015年中部六省工业化与农业现代化协调度的区域差异有所缩小.

From the perspective of ecological civilization,the article constructs an evaluation index system from two dimensions of industrialization and agricultural modernization,using principal component analysis to evaluate the industrialization and agricultural modernization in the six central provinces based on data from 2008 to2015 in the six provinces of central China. And through the space description method,a system coordination state measurement model was built to compare the regional differences between the industrialization and agricultural modernization in the six central provinces. Finally,the convergence and diffusion of regional differences in six provinces are analyzed by σ convergence. The study found： First,the overall level of agricultural modernization in the six provinces of central China has been increasing year by year,and the level of industrialization has shown greater volatility. Second,there is an interactive relationship between agricultural modernization and industrialization in the six central provinces,there is a certain regional difference in the degree of coordination between industrialization and agricultural modernization due to the different degree of industrialization and modernization of agriculture in each province. Third,the regional differences in the degree of coordination between industrialization and agricultural modernization in the six central provinces from 2008 to 2015 have narrowed.
