摘要
高灵敏低频磁性天线作为通信系统的关键设备,随着舰船振动会形成运动感应噪声产生信号失真,然而主动隔振方式的有源特性无法满足隔振需求,因此需要采用有效的被动隔振方式降低通信噪声。本文在掌握天线振动影响特性的基础上,采用双级隔振技术并完成隔振特性研究,基于隔振元件选型布置原则搭建了隔振三维模型后通过Ansys有限元分析完成了仿真验证,最后搭建样机且利用振动试验台试验测试完成了试验验证,并投入上艇试验应用,为高灵敏低频磁性天线广泛应用奠定了基础。
As the key equipment of the communication system, low-frequency high sensitive magnetic antenna would encounter severe signal distortion with the vibration of platform, for the badly characteristics of active system in this situation, it is necessary to adopt effectively passive isolation method. On the basis of mastering the influence of the vibration This article adopt two-stage vibration isolation technology and did study on vibration isolation characteristics, built 3 D structure model based on the principle, then finished simulation verification through Ansys, finally finished experimental verification through vibration test bench. This article had lay foundation on the boat test and application of high sensitive magnetic antenna.
