1987年,一委(国家经委)三部(轻工部、商业部、农业部)于贵阳召开酿酒工作会议,提出了四个关于酒类生产结构转型的改革政策.即“高酒度向低酒度转化;粮食酒向水果酒转化;蒸馏烈性酒向发酵酒转化;普通酒向优质酒转化”。
In 1987, China have lanced its national policy to reform the alcoholic beverages structure during the Guiyang Conference. The structural reforms of alcoholic drinks turns "high degree drinks toward low degree drinks", "cereal based drinks toward fruit based drinks", "distilled drinks toward fermented drinks."
