多漏斗放矿柔性隔离层界面移动规律及其拉力特性 被引量:3

Study of the Movement Law and Tensile Force Character of Flexible Isolation Layer Interface in Multiple Funnels

摘要 在同步充填理念指导下,提出了大量放矿同步充填无顶柱留矿采矿方法.区别于传统放矿工艺,新方法属于柔性隔离层下放矿,因此开展多漏斗放矿柔性隔离层界面移动规律及其拉力特性研究具有重要意义.基于相似原理设计制作了试验模型,探讨了隔离层界面移动规律,并对其拉力特性进行了分析.研究结果表明:下降过程中的柔性隔离层曲线整体形态为正弦曲线;各下降深度下的隔离层拉应力在横向上呈正弦函数变化趋势;隔离层波幅及其整体拉伸形变变化规律一致,均呈指数形式增长;隔离层所受最大拉应力点始终为r=±30. 12cm处,且其所受最大拉应力值与下降深度呈指数形式增大.相关力学特性可作为隔离层选材的重要依据. Under the guidance of synchronous filling idea,‘A large number of ore drawing synchronous filling no-top-pillar shrinkage stoping method ' was put forward. Different from traditional ore drawing technologies,the ore is drawn under the flexible isolation layer in the new method,which is different from traditional ore drawing technologies. Therefore,it is significant to carry out the study of the movement law and tensile force character of flexible isolation layer interface in multiple funnels. Based on the similarity principle,the physical test model was made,so the movement law of isolation layer interface was studied and its tensile force character was analyzed. The results show that: the isolation layer curves in the descending process present in a sine curve on the whole in the descending process; in the horizontal direction,tensile stress force of the isolation layer under each descending height shows the change trending of sine function in the horizontal direction; the amplitude of isolation layer has a same change law as its tensile whole deformation,which increases with the exponential form;when r is ± 30. 12 cm,the tension stress values come to its the maximum and the maximum tension stress values enlarge with the descending height,which presents in a exponential form.Relative mechanical properties can be chosen as an important basis in material selection of the isolation layer.
