Influence of Soil Sample Preparation on Soil Organic Matter Determination

土壤有机质是土壤的重要指标,土壤有机质的测定对掌握土壤的状况有着重要的意义。本研究用重铬酸钾容量法测定土壤有机质,采用过不同目数筛子的土样来研究土样制备过程土壤样品粒径对土壤有机质测定的影响。研究表明:土样样品的目数,直接影响有机质含量测定的结果。测定土壤有机质时,土样制备过程至关重要。

Soil organic matter is an important index of soil, and the determination of soil organic matter is of great significance to grasp the status of soil. In this study, potassium dichromate volumetric method was used to determine soil organic matter. Soil samples with different sieves were used to study the influence of soil prepara- tion process on soil organic matter determination. The results showed that the quality of soil samples directly af- fected the determination of organic matter content. The preparation of soil samples is very important in the deter- mination of soil organic matter.
