非小细胞肺癌组织中YAP1和FGFR1蛋白表达水平及临床意义 被引量:2

EXPRESSION AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF YAP1 AND FGFR1 PROTEIN IN NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER

摘要 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中Yes相关蛋白1(yes-associated protein1,YAP1)和成纤维细胞生长因子受体1(fibroblast growth factor receptor 1,FGFR1)蛋白表达水平及临床意义。方法选取确诊NSCLC患者120例,并选取其中的29例癌旁组织作为对照,用免疫组织化学法检测YAP1和FGFR1的表达水平,并分析其与NSCLC患者病理特征及预后的相关性。结果 YAP1和FGFR1在NSCLC组织中的阳性率分别为41.67%和43.33%,在癌旁正常组织中的阳性率均为13.79%,YAP1和FGFR1在NSCLC组织中的阳性率均高于癌旁正常组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);YAP1和FGFR1表达水平与年龄和性别相关性不明显,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);与吸烟、病理分型、TNM分期、T分期、N分期、M分期、肿瘤直径相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);YAP1和FGFR1表达水平阴性组3年生存率及生存期均明显高于YAP1和FGFR1表达水平阳性组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 YAP1和FGFR1蛋白表达水平在NSCLC组织中的表达量高于癌旁正常组织,与NSCLC的严重程度密切相关,YAP1和FGFR1蛋白表达水平在NSCLC的发生发展过程中起促进作用,阴性表达能获得较好的预后,二者的表达可为NSCLC的诊断及预后提供判断依据。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of the Yes-associated protein 1(YAP1)and Fibroblast growth factor receptor 1(FGFR1)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 120 patients with NSCLC were selected and 29 Paracancerous tissue of them were selected as control.The expression of YAP1 and FGFR1 was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the correlation between the pathological features and the prognosis of NSCLC patients was investigated.Results The positive rates of YAP1 and FGFR1 in NSCLC tissues were 41.67% and 43.33% respectively,which were higher than those in adjacent normal tissues(13.79%,P〈0.05).The expression levels of YAP1 and FGFR1 was not related with the age and gender(P〉0.05),but that was related with the smoking,pathological type,TNM stage,T stage,N stage,tumor diameter,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The 3-year survival rate and survival time of YAP1 and FGFR1 negative expression groups were significantly higher than those of YAP1 and FGFR1 positive expression groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion The expression level of YAP1 and FGFR1 protein in NSCLC tissues is higher than that in adjacent normal tissues,which is closely related to the severity of NSCLC.The expression level of YAP1 and FGFR1 protein promotes the development of NSCLC.It is suggesting that the negative expression can obtain better prognosis,which can provide a basis for the diagnosis and prognosis of NSCLC.
