摘要
目的评估Mohs显微外科手术联合光动力治疗头面部基底细胞癌的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月1日—2016年12月31日就诊于西宁市第一人民医院的30例头面部基底细胞癌患者,行Mohs显微外科手术切除,术中送检病理,术后行光动力治疗。结果 30例患者随访24个月,27例痊愈,3例复发,有效率90.00%;肿瘤扩大切除范围约1.6mm。结论 Mohs显微外科手术联合光动力治疗头面部基底细胞癌有效率高,肿瘤复发率低,减小了肿瘤扩大切除的范围,同时减少了对患者美观上的影响。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Mohs microsurgery combined with photodynamic therapy for basal cell carcinoma of head and face.Methods Thirty patients with head facial basal cell carcinoma from author＇s hospital from January 2014 to December 2016.All patients underwent Mohs microsurgical resection,intraoperative pathology,and postoperative photodynamic therapy.Results All 30 patients were followed up for 24 months,27 were cured and 3 were relapsed.The extent of tumor resection was approximately 1.6 mm.Conclusion Mohs microsurgery combined with photodynamic therapy for basal cell carcinoma of the head and face has high efficiency and low recurrence rate,which minimizes the aesthetic effect on patients.
