摘要
针对化纤企业火灾爆炸危险性大、易引发多米诺效应事故、消防应急处置与救援难度大的事故特点,开展基于火灾场景的化纤企业消防应急处置能力评估研究.提出了消防灭火需求量和灭火能力2个评估指标,构建了一种基于火灾场景的消防系统应急处置能力计算模型,实现了对消防系统应急处置能力的定量评估.将该模型应用到某化纤企业罐区消防系统应急处置能力评估中,验证了模型的实用性和可操作性,并为企业进行消防力量配备和应急处置提供了重要的决策依据.
The fire emergency response was carried out when it comes to capability evaluation of chemical fiber, based on the characteristics of fire and explosion hazard of chemical fiber enterprises, tendency to cause domino effect accidents, fire emergency response and rescue difficulties. Two evaluation indicators of fire-fighting demand, system and capacity, were put forward. A fire-system emergency response capability calculation model based on fire conditions was built and realized the quantitative evaluation of fire-fighting system emergency response capability. The model was applied to the evaluation of emergency response capability of fire protection system in a chemical fiber tank farm. In the end, the feasibility and operability of the model were verified, and the decision-making basis for fire power assembly and emergency response was provided.
