浅埋煤层综采面护巷煤柱宽度留设研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了优化煤柱尺寸及提高采出率,采用理论计算法和数值模拟法对某矿合理煤柱宽度进行了研究。结合该矿综采面的实际地质条件和开采条件,首先利用理论计算法得出护巷煤柱的合理留设尺寸,然后利用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件分别模拟不同宽度的护巷煤柱,得出了相应的应力云图、位移云图、塑性区图,最后综和分析比较,当护巷煤柱宽度取12 m时,巷道稳定性相对较好,并且能够有效提高煤炭采出率。 In order to optimize the size of the coal pillar and increase the extraction rate, theoretical calculation method and numerical simulation method were used to study the width of the reasonable chain pillar. Combining the actual geological conditions and mining conditions of a mining face,firstly the reasonable size of the chain pillar is obtained by means of theoretical calculation, then the FLAC^3D numerical simulation software is used to simulate the different widths of chain pillar, the corresponding cloud chart of stress and displacement and the plastic zone figure are obtained. Finally, through analysis and comparison,when the width of section coal pillar is 12 m, the roadway is relatively stable and can effectively improve coal extraction rate.
